Question Low gpu usage in GTA 5

When playing GTA 5 online my cpu usage is at 30-40% at arounf 55 degrees. My GPU is always under 10% usage at 55 degrees. I also get a lot of FPS drops and I generally low FPS, sitting at 25-60 FPS at med-high settings. When playing other games such as Warzone, my GPU is at 70 degrees.

I don't see an obvious bottleneck here, have you tried using higher settings?

Yes, I tried max setting. FPS was about the same. The same goes for temps and percentages.

Do you use any program to regulate the fps of the game? If you use such program and also turned on in-game V-Sync, then this can sometime conflict with each other.

No, I have it set to 144hz in game (im guessing the game is capping the FPS is that). I dont have any other that regulate FPS.
