Abit of a computer noob here and need some help!
I have recently upgraded my Graphics card to MSI Nvidia GTX 970 and seem to be having issues with it not using more than 80% GPU power which means it struggles to keep 60fps when I know it should! I have tried the re-install Nvidia software, minus the Geforce Experience, trick - this hasn't worked.
I have tried alot of things - Am now starting to wonder if it maybe my PSU?
Currently running the 970 GPU on a Gigabyte Z97P-D3 motherboard, with i5-4690K S1150 CPU and 8GM Ram all on a 500w power supply - Having used a GTX 750 TI as my last card, everything was fine, but since changing to this card is this power supply to small? Which equates to the card not using all its available power, and the CPU usage staying fairly high?
I could be looking in the wrong place completely but any help would be greatly appreciated!!
