LOW GPU USAGE ON GTX 1060 g1 Gaming| Dramatically under preforming

i have a GTX 1060 gb g1 gaming and my GPU usage is never over 50% in all of my games including far cry 3 and 4, GTAV, Black ops 3, Battlefield 4, and many more, Because the GPU usage is so low its hindering my game performance rendering my games unplayable, i reinstalled the latest drivers twice, i set the power option in nvidia control panel to "prefer maximum performance" and "maximum pre rendered frames" to 3 but still no luck, i have an amd fx 8350 oc @4.6 so there should be only a little if no bottleneck, i really need your help as i want this card to work as advertised

What brand model card do you have? Did you disable vsync?

its a gigabyte card and yes i have tried disabling vsync
