Question low gpu usage pls help!

hey guys
first at all sorry for bad engilish my first language is not engilish...

guys i had no problem until 2 week ago suddenly i had a huge problem with my gpu usage in games very low gpu usage like 17% or 35% even sometimes 0% and my game is stuck for 1 sec and back again to 35% and low fps in all games! I'll say it again all games even old games!!

so i renistall everything like drivers and windows and update them i use ddu to
unistall my graphic driver but Problem not solved yet !

my cpu work normal like 60% usage or 70% and all the themp are normal
no hardware change and no software change As far as I can remember
check the power option on system and nvidia
check the cpu and gpu themps all themps are normall

But the main question is :
why when i use benchmark tools like 3dmark or unigine or stress tools everything back to normal like 99%usage and normall fps and normall score! problem is gone when i use those tools? pls tell me whyyyyyyyy?!

and problem is back again when i run a game! Seriously guys why?!!!

First off, what all PC games you are trying to Play ? Because some games are CPU_intensive, whereas others are graphic demanding.

On what screen resolution are you gaming, 1080p ?

What's the make/model of your PSU ?

Which i5 CPU model is that ?

Is your system RAM, 8GB running in dual channel mode ?

If it's because of the psu, I should have trouble in the benchmarks or stress testing, right?

foxhole = 50% gpu usage :|
coh2 = 35%gpu usage
stranghold crusader 2 = 17% :||||||
gta iv+gta v = 7%
squad
rust
They all had no problem 2 weeks ago and why always me?!
i think somthing block the gpu power in games or somthing like that im really really confused right now :|

guys im noticed somthing

pls help me if u can!!

when im in the game its alwayse says lim = voltage and i get low fps and low gpu usage and when i run any benchmarking tools or stress test its says lim = power and im getting best performance in the benchmarks tools!

i have no idea what the difference between benchmarks tools like Heaven Benchmark and a regular game!
no overlocking
no change on power limit or somthing!

im so confused But I know the problem has to do with power limit or somthing like that!
