Question Low GPU usage problem ?

GPU: RTX 4060 Ti 8GB

Gpu only gets about 30-60% usage no matter the game I have no idea I’ve tried driver uninstall with udd and installed back. Everything in bios and in the control panel. I got the gpu for a great deal hopefully someone can help. Thanks.

CPU: Ryzen 5600G
GPU: RTX 4060 Ti 8GB

Ask the store if they can exchange it for your GPU and Memories.
and before the Purchase You could check the specifications and compatibility of the Hardware.. with these characteristics.

if you have these percentages in GPU And Cpu meter... so the Graphics Card is in full efficiency

If I play hell let loose it will only reach around 38-60 usage on all settings in 1080p the psu is a evga 750w and the ram usage is about 71% I was playing on a better cpu and motherboard soon I don’t know if it can affect it either the card can only run 3.0 and not 4.0 on the motherboard. Thank you.

Also even csgo only gets 30% it only gets like 115 fps every setting.

Am I missing it, did he mention his CPU usage during these games?
Even at PCI 3.0 the graphics card is waiting for the the rest of the computer to catch up. I.E. the CPU is rendering slower than the graphics card and thus the graphics card is waiting on the CPU or some other bottle neck in the system.
