Low gpu usage

my rx570 shappire pulse dont hit even 90% usage and i have frame rate drops in ALL games , even if i lower the graphics i always get the same fps.
My specs:
RX570 Shappire pulse 4gb
ryzen 1300x 3.5ghz
8gb ddr4 2400mhz
power supply: Corsair vs550 80plus
motherboard: ashrock A320M-hdv
Storage: wd blue 1 tb

Did you update your GPU drivers? You can also try rolling-back and re-updating.

What type of RAM usage are you getting while gaming? Is tbat one stick of 8Gb or 2x4Gb?

between 6500mb and 7000mb , i have 1 stick of ram.

What resolution are you playing on? Has this changed recently?
What CPU usage are you getting? And CPU temps?

I am asking this because your RAM usage is pretty high. This would have been fine if u had a dual channel kit but you only have 1 stick, meaning that the bandwidth is reduced by half. Your CPU is not getting enough speed from your RAM. I think your GPU may be bottlenecking your CPU somehow, which you would need to change it to the other way around. This can usually happen by a resolution change.

Im playing in 1366x768 recently my cpu usage stands on 70% and my gpu 40% on gta v all ultra , but i get stutters and no gpu spikes , gpu tempeture on gaming is 65 always and cpu 55. but im still playing on 40 to 60 fps

yes, i play on that resolution in all games since i buy this pc
