[SOLVED] Low GPU Usage

My GPU is sitting aroung 30-40% usage.
I think this pc should be able to hit 144fps in any situation in Fortnite(well except scrims late game)while streaming with Streamlabs in the back.but i am getting 100-120... i am playing on 1079x1080 with everything on low.
Motherboard-Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro
Ram-8GB HyperX Predator 3000Mhz
CPU- Ryzen 5 2600(Stock cooler)
GPU-Asus Strix 1060 6gb
480GB Kingston SSD
1TB WD Blue

IF You are experiencing any problems , roll back GPU drivers(not recomended).

Idk about the drivers cuz i got my part i built the computer and installed the driver i dont know to what driver to roll it back.

In that case you may try these steps:
1. If , you have overclocked the GPU reset it to factory settings.
2. Cheak your control panal and find out, POWER settings, if SETTINGS is set to SAVE POWER set it to balanced or high performence according to your PC.
3.Go to task manager and cheak, is there any kind of background task which equips you GPU usage, or any kind of software running when you play Fortnite
