Question Low gpu usage

I was getting low gpu usage and low fps when i play GTA 5 online and only in GTA 5. But other games have 100 % gpu usage. So i decided to benchmark my laptop.
Are these good results

You might want to check and see which BIOS version you're currently on and cross reference your laptop's support site to see if you have any BIOS updates pending. I wouldn't use Userbenchmark to tell you what's wrong with your laptop. Instead I'd look into reinstalling the game or at the very least, uninstall your GPU drivers and reinstalling them.

Source the latest drivers from Nvidia's support site, then use DDU to uninstall said drivers on laptop. Reinstall GPU drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Yes I do have a bios update. My bios version is F.20 and the new update version is F.20 Rev.A . I already uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics driver, and also have the newest driver version still now fix. What do I do after the bios update?
