Question low gpu usage

cpu: intel Core i7 10700k
Gpu: ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti OC
ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB 3200
PSU: EVGA 750w
Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z490-A

Description: I just recently installed my 3060 ti and I have been having problems running games like battlefield 4 and apex. most of the time my gpu usage stays around 70% and my cpu usage stays below 10%, but when i play RE village my gpu is 45% and cpu goes 20%. I tried everything to fix this problem, but as a result when i try to fix this nothing changes.

I don't see what the issue is, are you expecting more framerates out the games but your gpu isn't being used up enough? RE village is probably just a more cpu intense game.

i just played re village again and now my gpu usage does not go pass 1%, but with other games i go around 70% or 50% gpu usage.
