Low graphical performance on A12-9700P?

Hello,

About a year ago I bought a Lenovo Ideapad 310-15ABR. This version included 12GB of RAM and an A12-9700P processor. Initially this laptop performed well in online browsing and watching movies and stuff, the problems however began when I started using some more intensive programs and games.
This processor in this laptop is an APU, so there is onboard integrated r7-graphics availible, but it also boasts a R8 M435DX-gpu, which I had never even heard of before. I installed all the latest drivers as I was supposed to, and in the AMD Control Center I noticed that I did in fact have these two GPU's, running in Crossfire.
So I booted up Rocket League and CS:GO, and I found that even playing these games on 720p, on the lowest settings I only managed to hit 15-20 fps on both. I have also noticed that I can not run a Youtube 1080p60 video, when I do this I drop about half the frames, so I am just watching a regular 1080p30 video.
So I already tried, clean installing the latest and the most stable drivers; scanning for malware and virusses and checking the health and speed of my harddrive with HDTune. However none of these steps has helped.
Does anybody know if the performance of both the A12-9700P and R8 M435DX are so low, or if I may be experiencing another problem?

Thanks to everyone reading this in advance.

Take a look at this site: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/2944/radeon-r8-m435dx. A GTX1050 is 260% better performance than the R8 M435 in your laptop. It just a really low performing GPU.
