Question Low gta 5 fps

Hello, I got 80-110 fps in story mode with all very high except grass and msaa x4, and 60 and less in online mode. It is not fun to play though.

Ryzen 5 2600 3.8 ghz
Rtx 2070
16 gb 3066mhz
game installed on ssd

<Mod Edit>, those are perfect fps for ur gpu, lower msaa down or turn it off completely, it eats your frames, lower shadows aswell.

No its not. With the same setting my gtx 1060 6gb can easily reach those fps, but same situation with him in online in crowded area will drop below 60fps even if the % GPU is not high at all

I just checked msaa x2 and x4 makes about 3 fps difference, do you think its normal i for high end card and cant smoothly play in 7 year old game? Or maybe cpu is the problem then
