Low gtx 950 passmark 8 score problem, Fire strike - 3D mark low score too whats wrong with my card? Help please

Hello, first I am sorry for my English. Iam from Europe (Czech Republic). I have problem with my GPU benchmark resoults on passmark 8. I got like 4700 score but when i look on internet everybody else getting like 5300 score? I have only amd fx 4130 quad core 3,8 ghz processor. Is this the problem that I am getting so low score at G3d score? I got G2d score low too. Or where is the problem? Cant be my card broken or something? I bought this card like week ago.
My gpu is : Asus GTX950-M-2GD5. I have every driver updated and fresh new install of Windows 10, totally clean from everything, no virus, spyware etc. In games like batman arkham knight, fallout 4 etc. Iam getting so much lower fps then other players with this card and my cpu is not bottleneck but they have usually better cpu, but i watch some tests and fps difference between cpu in games is almost irrevelant. So my question is where is the problem? Why i have this low score. Thanks a lot for any answer I really appreciate it.

Benchmark tools like firestrike are 100% useless, But you already stated you get low fps in games. Your fx 4130 is the culprit, its simply a mediocre cpu.

Wrong. I also have a GTX 950 and an fx6100. My passmark score is 4600 without oc. But once I set the baseclock to 1280, the score went up to 5100. If the CPU was a bottleneck, overclocking the card would not have yielded a better score.
