Low HDD performance

I'm experiencing low HDD performance on my laptop and launching programs takes long time
here is HD Tune Pro report :

press your windows key and type CMD, then do ctrl+shift+enter to open cmd as admin

do "chkdsk /r"
type "N", do not force dismount
type "Y", schedule chkdsk on restart
then restart your PC
