[SOLVED] Low Heavens Benchmark Score (2080 TI)

I'm new to overclocking but i'm fairly certain this is a low score for a 2080 ti. Am I being bottlenecked by my CPU? Or my Vengeance LPX 16GB 2133Mhz ram?
Not too sure what other info you might need.

Your RAM could be a portion of the issue as AMD LOVES RAM having slow RAM like 2133 in an AMD system isn't that good of an idea I'd swap it out with a 3200MHz kit as for the CPU you could get a new Ryzen CPU (such as 2700 or 3600) if you feel 1st gen is holding you back but it probably isn't the CPU also there will ALWAYS be a bottleneck otherwise you'd have infinite FPS.
