Low local disk f warning keeps showing since update, F shows empty when I click on it

SInce recent windows 10 update I keep getting a low local disk space warning about every 10 mins for a drive F that shows only 38mb free of 499mb and when I click on it it shows empty. I belevie its a recovery partition? but I'm not sure how to stop getting the low disk warning.

That is a System partition that has been mistakenly given a drive letter.
That partition was always there, and it needs to be there.
It just does not need a drive letter F.

Remove the drive letter.
Either in Disk Management if it allows, or delve into the commandline diskpart to remove it.

Many, many people have seen this exact issue.
Nothing is broken.
