So I used to get 7.6 in all performances indices on Windows, Yesterday I formatted my PC and Installed Fresh copy of windows and all motherboard drivers , NVidia driver, .Net , Java, Direct X 11, The shocking result is getting (1) in Aero Windows performance index and all other I got the same 7.6, what did I miss to install? will this affect my PC performance in gaming and in general?

Don't take the Aero performance index seriously. If you don't notice a decrease in your PC's performance, nothing is wrong. Aero Performance is simply a benchmark that was made to measure your PC's capability to run windows. The only problem is it does a terrible job at it and has many bugs. It's rather old at this point and has only gotten worse as the years go by.

The performance index takes the lowest score from all major sub-components. So clearly one of your sub-components is incorrectly installed. Does it not show you which component it is? You should get a 1 score for one of your components. Either graphics, or RAM or something is slow. I would imagine your Graphics drivers didn't install correctly. If you decide to reinstall it, click clean install in the nvidia installer.

Anyways how to fix this: Try by letting do windows do its updates, it should install missing drivers or whatever is not there.
There is definitely something wrong and you should make sure your drivers are for the correct operating system and are the latest drivers. But as I said windows updates also installs drivers and might fix this problem.

I got 7.6 in all except Windows Aero performance, Gaming performance index I got 7.6

It must be graphics related. Probably different drivers than what you had. Also can read up on this: =Performance%20Maintenance]http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11728-optimize-windows-7-a.html?filter=[2]=Performance%20Maintenance

You could consider upgrading to windows 10. Upgrades are free until July 29 (I think) if you have a legit key. Thereafter the computer you upgraded will stay activated even if you reinstall. If you don't have one you can still upgrade but it will stay un-activated like before. Windows 10 is actually quite lightweight and I prefer it to all other windows.

Let's not turn this into an OS battle. Windows 10 is a good OS but it has it's fair share of issues. FYI, if you upgrade a windows 10 computer with a new motherboard, you have to buy the operating system again.
