I got a laptop which runs at 1450mhz memory clock instead of default (amd specified) 1750 mhz ( results a lower bandwith 92gb/s compared to 112gb/s) how it could affect my performance ? my laptop's gpu is RX560 4GB GDDR5 by the way.

Are you sure the mobile version of the RX560 doesn't have different memory frequency compared to the desktop version (which does in fact have a memory clock of 1750MHz)?
as far as i know there are two brands making rx560 based laptops, one of them (asus tud fx505dy)
having a 1750 MHz memory clock but 2 less cu's. and mine, acer nitro 5 an515-42 strangely clocked at 1450mhz but have all of the cu's of rx560x.
