Question Low memory write read speed on gtx 1070ti

Im so confused right now as my gtx 1070ti memory write and read speed is low compared to same card that i found on internet
I use aida64 for benchmark and i got this

I check on youtube on people that have similar card and he got around 12000on mempry write
Does anybody here know what is wrong??

Beside that, when i playing gears 5 lastnight maybe around 2 hours
My cpu highest temp is 84C
And my gpu highest temp is 83c
Is that normal??
And i get some fps drop
Its gtx 1070ti and i know its bottlenecked too
But fps drop????

My spec
Mobo : Asrock x370 Pro4
Cpu : Ryzen 5 2400G
Gpu : Galax 1070ti 8Gb
Ram : 2x4Gb Vgen Tsunami 3000Mhz
Ssd : Wd green 120gb
Hdd : Wd blue 1tb
Psu : Antec Ea pro 750w 80+gold

Fps drops are really normal people nevet get steady fps ever thats how freesync and gsync exist
and those temps are normal
The 2400g isnt really a bottle neck to that gpu as long as the games dont require you to have 6 cores
What is your memory clock?

My memory clocks max when gaming is 4007mhz


But why my aida memory write and read is low?? Compared to others

Yeah it should be around 8000 thats what my 1070 was at
