Low-mid budget pc build

I need a pc build, but i already have some of the components.
I own a chasis and a hard disk but I need all the other parts.
I have a budget of 3000 8shekels or about 800 $ and i can buy parts from here: ksp.co.il
The build i tried is :
Intel i5 6600 3.3 ghz
Gigabyte GA-H110M-DS2 DDR4
G.SKILL ripjaws 2x4 2400 mhz ddr4
ASUS GTX960 black
Corsair 500W cx500m

how much is the 960? also, most people will tell you the cx500m isnt that great a psu. id look at seasonic or xfx

The seasonic is a good option too and the 960 is 280$ but i can find a place that will sell for 240$
I could order from amazon or any other site but the shipping will cost a lot
