"low on memory" after Hdd-Hdd clone but has plenty

You were so helpful with helping me clone my HDD to a larger HDD and everything worked fine for a little over a week. This morning a window came up "your computer is low on memory" and the desktop if VERY slow if any response. I have a few screen shots that may help. I read something about "page file size" but looked at mine and it seems ok. The only thing I did after cloning was I used IM Magic Partition to move some storage away from D drive to C drive but did this right after so was working fine for a week. When I try system restore(I only have one restore point that is right after clone) in safe mode(things seem to respond well in safe mode) it fails and says antivirus may have caused it to fail. Hard to do anything in normal mode and sounds like hard drive is constantly spinning. Crystal disk and the other test in picture says drive is good.

memory as in RAM, not your hdd.
look like you only got 3GB, can't you get more?

I added a screen shot so you can see and I see that you are right. Would this be causing all the trouble being non responsive etc...? Seems odd it just started.
PS right after I posted this response the memory dropped to 792MB and is staying there???? Guess I will look at what is using all that when it does it again and look to add more RAM.
