Low performance after SSD install

Hi, i've bought a ssd, and after the installation i've formated it and after that, all games and adobe programs, were really slow, on games, the fps keeps spiking from 120fps to 30, on a game that didn't use to.

I've changed the RAM from socket and i've noticed a little improvement, but still not enough of it.

Can my RAM be sorta damaged?
What should i do?

I've already installed windows again on the old hard drive and the problem's still there...

MOst likely your RAM is dead.Try replacing ram.
