Question Low performance from Ryzen 5 5600x and RTX 3060

I've been wondering if it's normal to have to use the lowest possible settings on Apex and still not get that great of performance on a 3060 meaning 144FPS but pretty annoying drops from time to time. Then I came across this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8qTi-6zbtc which has the same specs as me. Then I tried his settings in game and these are my results:

I couldn't really think of any good way to benchmark myself, hard to upload to youtube if I remember correctly, if you want me to test it in any other way let me know

same cooler, ram, motherboard, psu and ssd?

same cooler, ram, motherboard, psu and ssd?

It's not the EXACT same but it's similar enough with the GPU and CPU
Ram is 16gb 3600mhz
Motherboard is MSI B550 Tomahawk
And PSU is CX750M
I'm still not reaching near enough FPS as he does in the video
