Low performance on DX12 with 1080 Ti.

I have some problems with Battlefield 1 and other games that should probably be getting over 100 fps stable.

My build:
Intel i5 7600k OC'd to 4.8ghz on 1.3v.
MSI z270 Tomahawk
DDR4 16gb 2133mhz
GTX 1080 Ti
Samsung EVO 840 250gb (installed on this)

Now I was maybe wondering this could be the ram effecting? It's not high end, it's rather low end corsair memory but I thought it wouldn't matter honestly since the cpu only supports 2133/2400mhz.

XMP is not available as well.

Maybe I should check out Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz see what it does? Also this could be something very different.

Hopefully someone has some decent answers for me.. Sucks to have a GTX 1080 Ti and not getting stable 100fps at least on BF1. PUBG runs quite smoothly on Ultra around 100-130fps (Sholudn't it be more though?) Battlefront 2 as well is the same as BF1.

Any ideas?

Everything on Ultra, DX12 enabled. But if I switch off from DX12 to 11 I do get better fps and performance which is alright I guess. But you know it's fun to squeeze everything out of your system to get the best graphics/performance you know? 😀

Yes, yes. It does. Now I have a second computer with a 6700(non k) in the kids bedroom which I could pluck out if I want and put it in my system. Now I've looked at some benches and see that it does give a slight boost. It might be worth while testing it out.
