[SOLVED] Low performance on higher-end pc?

I have an i5-7600 paired with an RTX 2060 6gb and am wondering if I should be getting drops to around 40 fps on games like Destiny 2 and Overwatch with low graphics.

ram not running at 3200 because of the motherboard. and only 1 stick

You should be able to set ram to 2400Mhz. Current motherboard will not allow higher than that.
Also having 2 ram modules would enable dual channel operation mode and improve performance.
