I recently completed my first PC build a few days ago with a Ryzen 5 5600x and a Radeon RX 6750 XT. On 3Dmark Timespy my score is in the bottom 1% and the graphics score is much lower than the average while my CPU seems to be around average. The games I have tested so far are GTA V, Dying Light 2, and Cyberpunk. Dying Light 2 can't go above 40 fps on 1080p with High Settings. My PC doesn't handle GTA V on 1080p High Settings without stuttering and falling below 60 fps. I have already tried reinstalling Windows 11 to see if it would make a difference but it hasn't yet. I also tried reinstalling AMD drivers and Adrenaline to see if that would make a difference but still had the same performance. Any suggestions?.

You need to turn on XMP and figure out why neither of your drives were able to finished the userbenchmark test. After you reinstalled windows, what else did you install? What’s your bios version? Have you adjusted any settings manually in bios?
