Low performance with GTX 750 ti

Hello!
I bought this PC few months ago and I realised that my FPS in games is very low compared to other people with the same GPU, same or less RAM memory and similar CPU. I also have all the drivers installed and updated so I have no idea what could be the problem...

My components:
CPU Intel Core i3 4160 3.6 GHz
GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 ti ( Asus )
8 GB of RAM
500W source

And I have older Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard etc (if that matters)

What games are you playing? What resolution? What model Asus GTX 750 Ti, do you have? What FPS are you experiencing? What FPS are you witnessing others having with the same specs?

I hope you are not looking at YouTube for your comparisons, people saying they saw this or that on YouTube and why does it not work for them is crazy these days, so many things are faked or done using settings they don't mention. I got 40 frames on this Pentium 4 with a 12 yr old card, but they don't tell you it's on low settings with a custom mod and it's only in one area of a game.

Did you run some benchmarks like 3DMark and see what results you get vs other results with the same CPU and card?

When I had only 4GB of Ram, GTA V runned like shit, now with 8GB I can't run Far Cry 4 and similar problems with other games... These problems are there no matter what resolution I use, but I primary use 1680x1050, my GPU have 2GB of RAM. I talked with many people with same specs and they didn't have problems with GTA V and they can play Far Cry 4 with no problems...

I runned now 3DMARK 11 PERFORMANCE and I got 5205 points and the biggest reuslt with my cpu and gpu is 6109 ...

Lower the resolution and see if you get faster performance. If the issue started after you upgraded the RAM, try it on 4 gig again. Did you compare the 3DMark scores with others online? Just make sure you compare the same version of the test.
