Low Power GPU?

So I have this overpriced prebuilt shit^
I want to upgrade my GPU but im limited cause of my dumb current 180w PSU
My current R5 m320 that the PC came with is awful, and so I'm looking for a replacement.
I'd rather not change my PSU, I'm just trying to figure a nice low profile GPU for me to use.

Will the GTX 1030 work alongside the integrated R7 Graphics that come with my APU?
I know its a dumb question, I'm new to this stuff tho

No amd cannot pair with Nvidia... But if you want i can suggest an R7 250 but it uses 75W (now there are variants pick 1GB GDDR5 not DDR3!!!) and your system may not be able to power it up.
But in HP (the link you gave me) "Integrated graphics does not work if a graphics card is installed" and as i've googled it doesn't work.
