Hi.

Usually, we have to connect a PCi-E power connector.. but recently many cards come without it..

will it impact performance?

We mainly want to render videos and sometimes we overclock them... So is it really worth buying one which takes only 75w Power from board?

can it be overclocked?

Solution
The only slot powered cards are lower end ones which will not perform that well.

Between the same model, for example a 1650, having a 6 pin will not change performance.

Slot powered cards can be overclocked usually, but any lower end Nvidia card will have very limited power and voltage adjustment, basically foiling any attempt to oc it and make it draw more power.

So,
a 75 watt TDP card, are you talking about GTX 1650?
A GTX 1650 is..... Value for money.

You want to render videos, as you said. It can do the job, 1650 can play youtube videos at 4k 60 FPS.
Editing? Not bad.

No need to overclock it. That will take more than 75 watt, which we don't have.
