Question Low preformance from my sysetem

I have a 2080 and a i7 8700 + 16gb of ram
Im getting very bad preformance from my system and it is barely a year old, I get around 70fps in rust which is a pretty demanding game but i still feel like i should be getting better preformance, any help is appreciated

Im running it on a samsung SSD, cpu and gpu is usually around 40-60 degrees ingame. Honestly not sure what PSU i have, i bought the pc prebuild from a local company and i cant find the component list
