low pro file air cooling on cooler master elite 130 gaming build

hi im building my first mini itx gaming build . the cm elite 130 seems to have terrible air flow
can i maintain safe cpu temp just by using a low profile after market cooler ?
any suggestions of good low profile air cooler would help ? ty


ram- G.Skill RipJaws X (Dual) 2x4gb ddr3 1866 CL9
video card - Zotac GTX 770 4gb/256bit ddr5 or
Inno3d GTX 770 iChill HerculeZ X3 Ultra 4gb/256bit
(im not sure witch brand is better)
casing- Cooler Master Elite 130
cpu cooling- ???
cpu- lga1150: Intel Core i5 4570 3.2-3.6 Ghz (Quad Core) Haswell
or Intel Core i5 4670 3.4-3.8Ghz (Quad Core) Haswell
hard drive- hdd int 3.5: Seagate 3tb (ST3000DM001) 64mb sata
mb- lga1150 Gigabyte H87N Wifi ITX (any sugestions on better board?)
psu- Corsair CX 600watts (CX600M) 80Plus Bronze, modular
or should i get higher watts ?
optical drive- dvdrw ext: Asus 8x (08D2S U)
os- windows 7 home
 
Due to size restrictions, You may have to just look for a taller version of the stock cooler. Your memory is going to limit cooler choices as well.

Something like this comes to mind. Should be better than stock, but fit in most cases.

Even the Core2 duo cooler is better than what they ship with cpus now.

If you are looking at other coolers, they will HAVE to be off center(because if not they will hit the video card).

I have a Geminii S on a mITX system with a similar board layout, but HAD to re drill the mounting bracket to move it over enough to avoid hitting the video card.

Had to file the fan to make it thinner :) Also note the memory space. tall sticks do not fit here.
