Low profile CPU cooler?

Hello, i have a question regarding the low profile cpu cooler, because i am a bit worried that CM 212 evo will not fit into my case...also thats another question this is my case Sharkoon VS4-W, and these are dimensions: 445 x 200 x 430 mm (L x W x H),
17.5 x 7.87 x 16.9291 inches (L x W x H)

will i have problem fitting 212 EVO in that case, and if thats the case, what low profile cpu cooler would you recomend? I also thought about getting CM TX3 EVO.
I have fx 6300, and iam interested in only some basic OC, say up to ~ 4.2 ghz. I dont want to change voltage or anything. I have stock cooler, and its driving me crazy. I need something more quite with decent performance. Also i dont want to spend more then 30 ish eur.

Dimension 120 x 80 x 159 mm (4.7 x 3.1 x 6.3 in)

It will fit if Sharkoon posted correct specifications.

I have a 212 Evo in the closet and it is indeed 159 mm.

I would say it is a tight fit.
Your case give approximately 160mm for cpu clearance and the cpu cooler is roughly 158.5mm

yes, but iam worried it may touch side pannel or something, and i dont want that to happen really. Would you guys suggest tx3 evo as possible solution also?
