low profile gpu 280W PSU PCI 25w

I have this list of low profile GPUs:

HD 6670 - max power 66 Watts PSU 400 watts & 27amps
HD 6570 - max power 60 Watts PSU 400 Watt & 27 Amps
HD 6450 - max power 18 watts PSU 300 Watt & 22 Amps
HD 5670 - max power 64 Watts PSU 400 Watt & 26 Amps
GT 630 - max power 65 Watts PSU 300 Watt & 22 Amps
R7 240 - max power 30 watts PSU 400 Watt & 18 Amps

Will they run on my pc (ThinkCentre m58e 7306) with no issue regarding with the power supply? :??:

I needed a low-profile card for my media PC and settled on this one:

GIGABYTE GV-N75TOC-2GL G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB

The GTX 750 TI is 4-6 times the performance of any card you listed up there.

My measured draw from the wall (which means the PC is actually drawing less) with that card an a G3258 (during 3DMark11) was 114 watts. The PC was tested right before the addition of the 750TI, and drew 50 watts during 3DMark11. Nvidia specs it's power draw at 60 watts. Which is pretty much what I measured at the highest point during 3DMark11.
