Hello all I have a Dell (I know it sucks) that has the G31/G33 chip set MB which I know has a locked BIOS. I have the 2.8ghz Core2 Duo Wolfdale edition CPU and it does what I need it to. I have read many reviews on here and studied well before I chose to post. I have done some small upgrades such as:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit with directX 11 all current
New Seagate Barracuda's 7200 rpm models
This is about it, now before you guys start flaming me with your ridiculous knowledge remember I am not an expert PC guy like most of you. I am just a hobbyist so please be gentle lmbo.
I am looking at some low profile cards because I have a low profile case (530s) and I like my case and how it fits tucked away. I do not want to change my case ffi. I play WoW and SWToR but do not play the newer games at all. I would like to know what you guys recommend for a decent GPU. Also if it is appropriate to post in the same thread, what is the best RAM I can use with this CPU, I know you can't go faster than the CPU so more is not always better. My ram is DDR2 and I have 4 slots. Thanks and have a great day.
