low profile gpu

so i want to upgrade my amd radeon hd 7450 to a 2gb or more gpu.
it has to be under 25 watt usage for my pc to run.
i was thinking about a geforce gt 710 or 730.

my current specs:
i5-2400
8gb ram
AMD Radeon HD 7450
AMD Radeon HD 5450 (for extra screen)

The only card that comes close to what you say you need, is the GT 730. And then, only the 64-bit DDR5 version. The 710 is even weaker. What resolution is your monitor?
But that 25W disclaimer sometimes printed on the motherboard usually is in reference to the weak PSU supplied with the PC. It might be nice to mention the exact make/model of PC this card will be going in.
