Is there an low profile gtx 650 ti boost somewhere, or a card with around the same specs which is low profile

The best low profile GPU available on the marker right now is the HD7750 which is nowhere near the performance of a GTX650ti boost ( the 7750 is a lot slower ) but its quite good for lower resolutions. If you were to set out and find yourself a low profile high end GPU you would end up spending 2x the money on the same gpu for a low profile version of it. Take for instance this low profile HD7850 http://www.amazon.co.uk/computers-accessories/dp/B009T96CJG it costs 2x more than its full sized version. What is the make of your case?

Well I've got this business pc for free with a lot of expensive stuff in it, but a crappy gpu. The problem is that its very small and thight, so not much fits in. The gt 9500 fits in though, not sure how heigh that one is.

Could you perhaps take a picture of it? If not then go with the HD7750 for now or buy a tower and move all the components to the tower. That would be the best best and will allow you to get a better graphics card assuming your PSU is up to the task which i highly doubt. The HD7750 is your best bet friend. It may even be smaller than the 9500GT you have now. Make sure you get the low profile version but remember the performance is nowhere near the 650ti boost.
