I have two sticks of ram in my PC. They are each 4GB but I want 16GB. I need very short sticks because I have a pretty big fan in my PC and the ram I have rn (PNY XLR8 DDR3-1866) only fits in two certain slots because of the fan. The ram must also have a heat spreader and be either black, white or blue. And it has to be DDR3 1866 or higher.

Might give thought to getting a set of 2x8GB, no guarantees of finding sticks that will play with the old sticks, even if you could find the same exact model of DRAM - also what CPU?

I have an i5 3570k and the two sticks of ram are a few days old from best buy
