Low profile motherboard

I have a Optiplex 745 low profile computer and i wanna find a motherboard and a graphics card that goes along with that motherboard, any ideas?

no problem on gpu but you want to replace motherboard as well? AFAIK Dell mobo and case have different orientation compared to regular pc. so regular mobo will not be able to fit in (the same with Dell mobo to other regular pc case)

what is your cpu and power supply wattage? normally only low end gpu got low profile design from gpu manufacturer.

if you open the side panel there should be some kind of sticker on the power supply listing it's wattage, amperage and such.

Usually they have a 275 watt.

i'm not sure but 100 watts but i dont think that's it cause i have a gt 610 graphics card o i think its 275 watts like that other dude said

normally low profile OEM dekstop are using 220w psu. for regular dekstop it varies between 250w-300w. what is your exact model? if possible you can try posting the picture of your psu here

i dont know whats a model(yes i am a computer noob), btw it is 275 watts

with 275w PSU the best you can get is 7750 or GTX650
