no problem on gpu but you want to replace motherboard as well? AFAIK Dell mobo and case have different orientation compared to regular pc. so regular mobo will not be able to fit in (the same with Dell mobo to other regular pc case)

normally low profile OEM dekstop are using 220w psu. for regular dekstop it varies between 250w-300w. what is your exact model? if possible you can try posting the picture of your psu here

with 275w PSU the best you can get is 7750 or GTX650
