Looking to purchase a low profile video card to play the IGT Slot machine games and other casino games. Any suggestions on Low Profile video card? budget about $150

Those types of games should be playable on integrated graphics. What are your system specs?

I tried installing one of the game and it would not instal they told me i need a low profile vc

Still cannot recommend anything without system specs. A game might tell you that you need a video card, but it isn't going to tell you that you need a low profile.

everything is up to date. its an Asus M32AD desktop. its a low 350-500 power supply

Looked that model up, and it has a 350w, psu, and definitely not low profile type case. With that power supply, your best option is a GTX 750ti.
