low range universal headsets with mic for ps3 and pc compatible recommendations?

hey i was looking around today for some low range universal gaming headsets and can't really zero in on any don't really know whats decent on the market can anybody give some recommendations? couple of pointers to help you....... help me i guess

Must be compatible with pc/ps3/ps4 (actually don't think i'll be getting a xbox one or another 360 anytime to soon)
dont really care about looks just comfort (then again comfort is a "to each there own" issue)
low range : $45-$70
Wired
over ear
mic included
DECENT mic quality (i know its not going to be as good as a headphone and separate mic setup for pc that's ok i prefer "headsets")
DECENT sound quality (i understand its not going to be to too great for the price range but that's ok)
