Low SLI GPU usage, Single 1080ti better than SLI

Hi, I use 1080ti 2 way SLI, but, my first GPU is around 50% usage, and the second is around 70% usage, so, with a single card, (99% usage) I got better performance, has someone any help for my problem ?
CPU : 6700K
4K 144fps
The game is Dishonored 2

Yup, that's normal. Does the game/software support SLI?

That's normal. The only huge issue with SLI is the scaling issues it has. If it didn't have any scaling issues, you'd see people using SLI all the time.

Ummm...What else do you want us to say??? We already told you what you are experiencing is NORMAL.

SLI is very unpredictable. SLI implementation having worse affects than a single card is not new at all. You got to wait for better driver support to come out. If it ever comes out.
