Low SSD Speed (SSD is 3 Months Old)

Yesterday, I did an Userbenchmark test. Everything but the SSD seemed normal. It said SSD under potential (22nd percentile). The SSD is just 3 months old so it can't from exesive use and wear. I did a second test today to see if it was just Windows using my SSD and the results were mostly the same. I opened my PC to see if the SSD was pluged into an SATA 1 or 2 port, but it was pluged into an SATA 3 port. What can be the problem? Do you know any solutions? BTW, I noticed that write speeds are 100MB/s higher than the read speeds. How can this be possible? Thanks!
