So i have installed a fresh windows on this ssd form like 3 days and tested its speeds it was 330 mb on read and 300 in write, it was below the expectations then i have left it for like 2-3 days tried it today it gives me 340 on read and 30 on write that is worse now then i figured out i wasn't enabling ahci enabled it now 550 on read and 29 on write the ssd is 35% of its space what is going on? everything is connected the sata cables

No, I would buy one of the main ssd makers like intel or samsung.
They make all their own parts and can use the best quality components for their own use.
But, this ssd have alot of good reviews and someone said he tested it for 3 months the write and read speeds are 500+mb, and it has a very good price i can't afford a samsung one rn,but there is a weird thing i tested it now the write speed was 377 mb i was surprised then i tested again 37mb idk what is going on with this ssd or it is my power supply because i had a weird thing that the 5v rail is not appearing in bios or hwinfo but the pc is booting and everything is fine could it be my psu damaged the ssd? or if it have been the psu it could have killed it at one time

ssd devices are usually tested when new and there are a lot of available nand blocks available to handle writes.
At some point, the available free blocks run out and the ssd controller needs to find free space.
How well that is done depends on many things.
The better devices can handle such loads better.

You get what you pay for.
Any ssd is vastly better than a HDD.
If all you can afford is an off brand, then so be it.

I doubt that a psu would damage a ssd unless it was a cheap unit.
What is the make/model of your psu?
What are the rest of your parts?

Seasonic s12ii 620w but if u can see in my other thread about black screen and click sound from the psu u will understand that weird problem is that my psu from time to time it makes a click sound then a black screen then the pc turns off i wait for about 5-10 min then it is gone and everything is fine, but im gonna return it if it made the same thing again it made that 2 times 3rd time im gonna replace or return it

What is the make/model of your motherboard?

The samsung QVO is a good unit. Read performance is excellent, but it uses slower nand chips so updates can be slow.
Considering that most windows work is small random I/O, it is a good value unit.

If you motherboard is a new one and can handle m.2 pcie devices,
The intel 660P is much faster sequentially and in the same price category:

seasonic is normally very good quality.

It is a z77 d3h

I would run a CrystalDiskInfo and see the health status of the SSD. If it says 100 percent with a blue color then the SSD is ok. Something is up with your setup make sure to disable write caching if enabled and also for the heck of it go to BIOS and restore to defaults or optimized defaults and see how it is. If at that point your still getting low write speeds then think about a RMA or refund as said above then get a better brand SSD as they are not expensive especially for a 250GB version.

Rationale for this?
Sorry were just trying to fix him up a BIOS restore to defaults is just for the heck of it. Also write cache should be disabled by default sir admin so ya your right. As for the low speeds as I said CDI will tell him exactly what is up with the SSD. Those are slower numbers then a 5400RPM HD so something fishy is going on. 😷

it is 100% and good write caching is enabled and the bios settings doesn't matter because before and after enabling the ahci the write speed is still the same only the read improved from 350 to 550mb,im gonna return it and see what to get next

For that, disregard any M.2 drives.

Regular 2.5" SATA III.
Samsung, Crucial, Sandisk.
there is a sandisk one out there for the same price 240gb one should i get it? but it would be so complicated because they will refund my money through account balance and then i should to link a bank account to withdraw the money and turn it into cash and that would take a long time, but if i will order the same one but from different seller i can with the account balance no need to link a bank account
