Low TDP with GTX 760 on games

Hi, I have low TDP on games, with 99% of GPU usage, it makes the game go with low fps, however, when I run furmark it will reach the highest TDP, I had uninstalled the drivers with DDU and the same happens, high TDP on furmark but low in games, even if I put them to ultra settings
Also, if I put the Anti-aliasing in the 8X MSAA option in furmark, the TDP will go to 75%

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus P8H67-M Pro
Ram: 14GB ddr3
CPU: Xeon E3-1230 V2
GPU: EVGA GTX 760 SC ACX 2GB
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600w

Anyone else has this problem or knows how to fix it?

It would be helpful to know what power supply you have, the make/model. And to know what games you're playing, and what 'low fps' means. Also, what tool are you using to get these numbers?

That videocard uses a sizable amount of power, so if you think your problem is power related, the power supply should be the first suspect. Interestingly, the power supply is the one important component you do not mention.

You're right, I added it now, the PSU is the Thermaltake TR2 600w, one of the games is Car Mechanic Simulator 2015 (where the TDP was stuck on 60% and the fps where 45 or lower, no matter if I tried it in very low or ultra). The tool is MSI Afterburner

I don't think that the problem is power related because if that were the problem, it wouldn't perform like that in the benchmark, where the TDP actually goes to 100%

I think that I managed to fix it though, I had the 80.04.c4.00.60 bios version, I flashed the newer one (80.04.F0.00.60) and the fps now are 75 stable with vsync with everything as high as posible in that game, and with the TDP in furmark with the 8X MSAA option is not stuck in 75% now, so I guess that solved the problem
