Question Low usage GPU - Ryzen 5 2600 w/ GTX 1070 Ti

I just bought a GTX 1070 ti and im getting a lower usage when im playing videogames, no matter which game. Before i had a RX 570 and i didnt get those problems
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.40GHz
MBO : ASRock B450 Steel Legend
RAM : HyperX Fury Black 2x8 16GB DDR4 (2666Mhz), CL16
GPU : MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB GDRR5
PSU : Corsair Vengeance Series 650M Semimodular 80+ Silver
Monitor: Asus VP228HE Gaming - 21.5" 1080p 60Hz

I was playing GTA V RP, and i get this, same with FIFA 23 and another Triple AAA games

Vanilla GTA between 40 to 60 fps, with Quant V mod for GTA between 30-45
