Low Video Benchmarking Scores

I wanted to compare air to oil cooling for a school project.

I built a relatively low end ITX system using an AMD Sempron 2650 on a MSI AM1I MB.

The oil cooled benchmarks are across the board an improvement except for the video processing scores. Both Sandra and 3DMark show lower video scores.

I expected the video scores to be higher with oil cooling but am confused by the result.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Cooling itself is not going to help if it wasn't overheating beforehand. You'd have to cool it way down the Kelvin scale to get to super conductivity and lower resistance. Don't they teach physics in that school ?
Main use of oil cooling would be to be able to overclock more, that's all.
