Lower 3DMark scores after GTX1060 overclock

I just got a MSI GTX 1060 factory overclocked at 1949 mHz , and I wanted to push it to 2050. During benchmarks, I don't notice any artefacts, but sometimes it crashed. So I decided to lower it to 2000, no crash happens, but my FireStrike scores are lower than before The OC. Moreover, my TimeSpy scores are superior than before OC, like the Heaven benchmark.
Any though on this ? Thank you

It might happen because when u OC your card the reason thing to do is to check it with a stress test, and in the stress test u did ur card might use over voltage of ur psu or might be overheating.... all those parameters can cause to lower ur fps/score in the test be cause like william p said it is instable and might even get u to restart ur pc or freeze or even to cause lower performence
