Question Lower brightness in Windows 7?

Hi,
I have a Lenovo monitor and I'm using the Low Blue Light setting but would still like it too be less bright.
After enabling this setting, the brightness adjust becomes grayed out.
So, I'm trying to figure out how to do this on a Windows 7 desktop.
I read that you can do it easily on a laptop through the Power Options menu but it isn't available on desktop.

Windows dekstop can't adjust the brightness. The best way is manual set by the monitor.
I assume you use Blue Light filter, that make the monitor being yellowish/grayed. Use the brightness setting, not Blue Light setting.

It's one of the 4 modes on the monitor. When using the blue light mode, the option to adjust brightness becomes disabled.
