Question Lower FPS in games, suddenly

Hi! I have a problem related to FPS in games. I have the computer for 2 years (I9-10900, RTX 2070 Super) and I play in 4K. For 4 days I have 20 fps less in all games. I don't remember doing anything different. 2 days ago it recovered for half a day and I thought it would be resolved. The next day the problem reappeared and I had 20 fps less. The degrees are the same, as is the speed of the fans. I tried to change settings in the BIOS and in the nvidia control panel (because I know how to navigate in these) but nothing worked. The drivers are all up to date, as are the Windows updates and the computer was cleaned 3 months ago. Thank you in advance.

Dude, your playing in 4K; it'll drop frames every once in a while lol.

In Fornite same problem. in task manager it seems that the CPU power drops, but I don't understand why this happens, because it's not related to heating, because this problem may not be a week and then appear at the beginning of the game.

Thanks for the replies, but it shouldn't drop all of a sudden because it was fixed 2 days ago (I had 60 fps) and then it dropped suddenly to 40 again. All tested in the same 3 games with the same resolution and graphical options.
