Lower FPS Than i should be getting

Hi guys like the title says im getting lower fps than most people get when playing games such as cs:go and league of legends. I get like 110 on csgo and like 80 on lol. I run all games 1920x1080 I have v-sync disabled and everything but its still just doesnt get that high of fps. My specs are:

OS: Windows 8.1 (64 bit)
CPU: AMD A8-3870K 3.0GHz
Graphics: ASUS GTX650TI-OC-2GD5
Mobo: ASRock A55M-HVS
Memory: 8GB DDR3 1333
PSU: XTreme Gear PSAZ-CP600 600W
HDD: Toshiba 1TB SATA II 7200 rpm
