i have a gt 730 which is having a 2 gb dedicated ram.
it uses 50% of my 4 gb ram making it only 2 gb usable ram.
and now my gt 730 has a total of 4 gb vram.
are there any ways to change this inside windows 10 (not bios)?
because i'm always facing a problem when it comes to doing things in BIOS.

Solution
Task manager will say what's usable. It looks like everything is good if 4gb is usable. Shared can't be changed without changing ram sticks anyways. Being used as system ram takes priority over vram plus the 730 is way to weak to use more than 2gb unless you are running multiple 4k monitors. In any case, shared is irrelevant and always a good thing.
